A Scan is automated — a machine looked, no human involved, free. A Report means Mik personally read what the machine found, and debriefs you on a call. An Audit means Mik read your actual code, line by line — it's the only thing we sign. We never blur those words, because the difference is exactly what you're paying for.
An A means the evidence looks strong — it is not a guarantee. Every scan lists what it couldn't verify for your specific app, and if it detects a payments integration it can't check, it will never answer an unconditional “yes.” For a verdict a human signs, that's the Audit.
If the scan can't handle your project, that's not a dead end — email Mik and he'll look at it manually. An error message here is the start of a conversation, not the end of one.
